Laura E. Smith
I have spent decades learning about best practices in personal finance and now use this lifetime of knowledge to help others. My business model is friendly; my goal is to create a safe space for you to be open about what is going on with your life and money and then help you choose the best path forward.
My particular passion is to help those in nonprofits and other service professions such as healthcare and education–these people deserve to have their money work as hard as they do.
Originally from the East Coast, I graduated from Harvard and then lived in New York before moving to the beautiful Rocky Mountains in Basalt, Colorado, where I now live with my two children.
Clientele
I focus on helping people who work to help others or make the world better — nonprofits, healthcare, education, social services, and other service industries. This gives me broad experience with most of life’s stages and I can tell you in a quick Q&A call if we are a fit. If not, I’m happy to recommend one of my colleagues. My goal is to get you the guidance you need. A few of the types of my clients are below.
